Step 1: We Rent Your Home

  • Our agents will complete a rental market analysis on you unit to give you a good estimate on where we should price it

  • We take photos of your rental and list it on all major rental sites. From there our agents will show your property to all prospective tenants 7 days a week

  • We will run full background checks on potential tenants. Once a qualified tenant is found we will complete a lease and collect the security deposit

Step 2: We Keep Everything in Order

  • We will handle the move in process with the tenants and take move in photos of your units condition.

  • We will be the point of contact for the tenants maintenance request. We keep full accounting records and can deduct repairs from the rent.

  • Our company will complete visual inspections on the property at least once per lease period to ensure units are being cared for and maintained

Step 3: Relax, Loose Leaf has Your Back

  • We will start the renewal process 60-90 days prior to the end of the lease to ensure we are always one step ahead.

  • Our company will process the necessary paperwork and handle the tenant turnover process. Getting your property ready for new tenants.

  • Our clients have access to a client portal with accounting records all in a consolidated place. We also send our clients 1099 Forms for their taxes.
